Ingredients
Scale
- 1 package of cinnamon roll dough (or homemade dough)
- 1 cup crushed cookies (such as Oreos)
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the cinnamon roll dough on a lightly floured surface.
- In a bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Spread the mixture over the dough.
- Sprinkle crushed cookies over the cinnamon mixture.
- Roll the dough up tightly and cut into 8-10 rolls.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- While the rolls bake, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to make the icing.
- Once the rolls are done, drizzle the icing over them and serve warm.
Notes
- Feel free to add extra crushed cookies on top for a crunchier texture.
- You can use any type of cookie, but Oreos work best for that classic cookies and cream flavor.
- These rolls are best served fresh, but they can be stored in an airtight container for a couple of days.
