Description

A deliciously indulgent twist on traditional cinnamon rolls, with a rich cookies and cream filling that takes them to the next level of decadence. Perfect for breakfast or dessert!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of cinnamon roll dough (or homemade dough)
  • 1 cup crushed cookies (such as Oreos)
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 23 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the cinnamon roll dough on a lightly floured surface.
  3. In a bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Spread the mixture over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle crushed cookies over the cinnamon mixture.
  5. Roll the dough up tightly and cut into 8-10 rolls.
  6. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. While the rolls bake, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to make the icing.
  9. Once the rolls are done, drizzle the icing over them and serve warm.

Notes

  • Feel free to add extra crushed cookies on top for a crunchier texture.
  • You can use any type of cookie, but Oreos work best for that classic cookies and cream flavor.
  • These rolls are best served fresh, but they can be stored in an airtight container for a couple of days.
